Research On The High Quality And Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Dalian Jinpu New Area

The balanced development of compulsory education is a basic project to ensure educational equity.It is an important embodiment of realizing the fundamental guarantee of educational quality and running education to the satisfaction of the people.As China enters a new stage of development and improves the quality of education,it plays an important role in economic development and social fairness and stability.People pay more and more attention to the balanced development of compulsory education,and show a higher demand for the balanced development of compulsory education.In the future,creating a high-quality and balanced compulsory education will become the development goal of compulsory education in all regions of the country.Dalian Jinpu New Area has always attached great importance to the development of compulsory education,and it passed the national inspection and was awarded the honorary title of County（city,district）with basic balanced development of compulsory education in 2013.It has been actively taking measures to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Jinpu New Area.This study combined with Dalian Jinpu New Area compulsory education balanced development present situation and the results,through literature research,comparative analysis method and interview method,combines the actual conditions of the Jinpu New Area compulsory education school work,the study found that Jinpu New Area in compulsory education to high quality balanced compulsory education students still exist and the imbalance of the structure,the allocation of resources,and faculty.Based on the theory of educational equity,public goods and human capital,this thesis analyzes the causes of the problems,draws lessons from the advanced experience and practices of Yandu District of Yancheng city,Jiangsu Province and Lingkonggang Economic and Technological Development Zone of Wuhan City in promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,obtains enlightenment,and studies how to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Dalian Jinpu New Area,so as to solve the existing problems,This thesis puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthen the main responsibility of the government,improve the school running conditions of compulsory education schools and optimize the allocation of teachers for compulsory education in urban and rural areas.In order to provide scientific theory and decision-making reference for promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Dalian Jinpu New Area,better promote the transformation of compulsory education in Dalian Jinpu New Area to high-quality and balanced development,and promote educational equity.
