The stroke is a disease it threat to human health and life seriously, According to WHOstatistics, morbidity and mortality of stroke in China is the world’s highest stroke has becomea seriously public health problem. Motor dysfunction is one of the frequent dysfunction instroke patients, the training methods are mainly concentrated in the training of the limbs andneglect the training of the trunk,and trunk control plays a key role in the completion of theaction of the many features of the patients.Recent years, stroke rehabilitation began to attachimportance to the rehabilitation of the trunk and have done some clinical experimental study,by the impact of the training equipment, some methods are not widely used in clinical practice.Sling exercise therapy is a new, higher security and movement difficulty classification clearlycore training equipment, has been widely used in orthopedic rehabilitation and physicaltraining, but in the field of neurological rehabilitation has no study.This study selected40stroke patients the course over6months as the research object,they randomly divided into group and conventional training group according to the motionfunctions.Suspension training group for suspension training, traditional training groupperformed the traditional trunk muscle training. Evaluation indicators: TIS, single leg stancetime (s), the double upper limbs stretched forward distance (CM),10m maximum walkingdistance.s EMG test for Suspension training group before and after the training.Results1. Compared to traditional training group, sling exercise therapy can effectively improvethe trunk control ability of hemiplegic patients, TIS value than traditional training group wassignificantly improved (P <0.01).2. Compared to traditional training group sling exercise therapy between can effectivelyimprove the hemiplegic patients with leg single leg standing time (P<0.01).3. Compared to traditional training group Suspension training can effectively improvepatients’ hands stretched forward distance (P <0.01). 4. Sling exercise therapy is superior to the traditional training group in improve10mmaximum walking distance,(P <0.05)5. Sling exercise therapy and normal control group surface EMG test results:(1)Supine position, double knee sling, normal control group main contraction muscles isLES and RES, there was no significant difference between the left and right sides, beforetraining, hemiplegic patients showed that AM of hemiplegic side is higher than the nohemiparesia side.after training, the difference is not apparent (p<0.05)(2)Lateral position, single knee suspension, in normal control group the main contractionmuscle is the ES,EA and RM of no suspension side.(3)Lateral decubitus position, the main contraction muscles lying on the right side isRRM and RES.Left lateral decubitus main contraction muscle is LRM and LES. For thepatients,MA of RM is higher than the normal group, and they had significant interaction(p<0.05)Conclusion1, Sling exercise therapy is effective in rehabilitation of stroke patients.2,Compared with raditional training, sling exercise therapy is more effective in the sametraining period.It can effective improve the trunk function,balance ability and walk speed.
