Research purpose:tennis is one of the sports courses in Colleges and universities.More and more college students participate in tennis through elective courses, which not only enriches the sports events in Colleges and universities, but also increases the base number of tennis population. At present, the traditional teaching method of "cramming"is widely used in the teaching of tennis elective courses in Colleges and universities.Core stability training is a concept put forward in traditional physical training, which It strengthens the characteristics of previous training and is widely used in other places. In fact, there are few discoveries about him at home and abroad. At present, the core stability training is rarely used at home and abroad, especially in the field of tennis. Therefore, according to the current research status of college tennis classroom teaching, this paper attempts to stabilize the core Qualitative training is applied to the teaching of Optional Tennis Course in Liaocheng University, and its advantages are compared with traditional physical training, which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of core stability training to college physical education class.Research methods:This experiment uses the methods of expert interview, mathematical statistics and teaching experiment.Taking 70 students from two natural classes of 2018 non sports major in Liaocheng University as teaching subjects, the data collected before and after the experiment were analyzed by Excel 2010 and spss22.0.Results:(1)After the experiment, the effect of tennis forehand stroke was compared within the group:there was significant difference between the front and the back of the control group, reflected in the difference in the success rate of the stroke(P<0.05)and the difference in the quality of the stroke(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which was reflected in the prediction of the landing point of the ball, the significant difference in the step movement, the movement specification, the success rate and the quality of the ball(P<0.01);(2)After teaching, there is no gap between the two classes in the five items of pre-test(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups in the five items of post test(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Through the 12 week teaching experiment,it is found that the test scores of the tennis forehand stroke effect in the experimental group are significantly improved;the results of the control group in the various index tests are also improved, but the effect and the range of the improvement are not obvious in the experimental group, which shows that it is advisable to increase the core stability training in tennis teaching.(2)Through a 12 week teaching experiment,it is found that the traditional physical training can improve the effect of tennis forehand stroke, but not the core stability training. The core stability training and the traditional physical training complement each other, which should be scientifically and reasonably applied in the teaching according to the actual situation.(3)Through a 12 week teaching experiment,it is found that the introduction of core stability training in college physical education classroom can improve the quality of classroom teaching, improve the enthusiasm of students' learning, activate the classroom atmosphere, enhance the interaction between teachers and students, and have more advantages than traditional physical training.
