Elementary Education Teachers And Teachers' Professional Ethics Education Present Situation And Improving Countermeasures

Ethics is the key to cultivate future primary school teachers who are able to cope with the demands of the time. Good ethics are the encouragement of education-major students. The unique phase of primary students’ mental development determines the unique feature of primary education. Therefore, the society demands a higher standard of ethics which should be different from that of other teachers. This article is based on the researches done in elementary education school, Chongqing Normal University. It points out problems shared by current education-major students by conducting surveys on the ethics of students. To tackle these problems, it also provides some feasible measures which can help to establish good ethics and provide practical references in order to broaden the studying area of ethics education in universities.1st Part:This part is about the significance, uniqueness and value of conducting research on ethics of elementary education school students. It introduces the significance of carrying out ethics education and related concepts. Also, it summarizes the uniqueness commonly shared by students and analyses the importance of carrying out such education.2nd Part:Based on the analysis of ethics of elementary education students, this part points out the achievements ever fulfilled in ethics education. Also it analyses the commonly-shared problems as well as the causes.3rd Part:Certain measures are included in this part, aiming to change the current conditions of ethics problems. By improving the educational system through different tactics, good ethics education can be effectively fulfilled.
