The humane quality is the comprehensive system of world view, philosophy, cultivation and temperament which people of certain social relations possess for the purpose of causing people to become its manner through assimilating outstanding culture. The humane education for the undergraduate in technology universities include humane and social sciences. Since long, our national science and engineering education exists the abuse of separation between the scientific culture and the humane education which causes the students’quality to reduce.Training the excellent person needs to take the curriculum as the essential way, the teaching activity needs the curriculum to carry out, the educational content just cant be transformed into students’quality and ability through the curriculum, too. Obviously, the curriculum is the essential way to carry out the quality education. However, along with swift development of the modern scientific technology, as well as the establishment of quality education thoughts, our national technology universities has exposed more and more disadvantages. Based on these above questions, this paper discussed the achievement and the existence questions deeply of the humane quality curriculum provision in technology universities. To solve these questions, the paper proposed the countermeasures and the suggestions.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part define the core concept which involved to this article and the correlative theories foundation. The third part summarized the basic situation of the humane quality curriculum in our national technology universities. The fourth part has mainly analyzed the questions which the present stage’curriculum provision exists. The fifth part proposed the corresponding countermeasures. Last part draws the conclusion.
