Background and object : Reform on postgraduate cultivation in clinical medical is moving forward constantly in the new situation of deepening coordination between education and medical treatment. The close connection between clinical medical postgraduate cultivation and standard training on residents becomes the important component of medical personnel training with Chinese characteristics. This paper aims to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for the training quality of the new situation, to provide a scientific tool for assessing and improving the quality of clinical medical personnel training.Methods:This paper makes research on the quality of clinical medical postgraduate cultivation under the new training mode. International experience and postion competency theory are introduced in this paper to promote internal comprehensive evaluation. Through the literature material consult and the domestic application of senior medical personnel trainingstandards and ability, the theoretical foundation is constructed. In the meanwhile, the realistic foundation is built through index construction on China’s clinical medical postgraduate training goals and processes.Results:Through series of topic discussions and expert interviews, the research group set up initially internal comprehensive evaluation index system for training quality, and form the questionnaires. Authorized expert are chosen broadly and Delphi method is used in two turns to provide the data in this paper. Comprehensive evaluation index system on clinical medical postgraduate training is built eventually. Index weight of all levels are adapted in this system, including 5 first-grade indicators and 27second-grade indicators.Conclusion:For the construction of the index system, the reliability,rationality and innovation of the research results are analyzed. And the limitations and the future improvement of this study are discussed in this paper.
