The polytechniccolleges in Hebei province have achieved rapid development recent years. At the meantime,the high quality graduates they cultivated have made great contribution to the economy andsociety in different areas. With the development of the higher education, how to strengthenand improve college students’ ideological and political education work, construct the group ofcollege counselors in the polytechnic colleges in Hebei province, cultivate the high qualitygraduates who can adapt to the stream of the times, has become the the most important taskwhich the colleges have to face.
