Investigation And Countermeasure Research On Hebei Province College Counselors Work Status

WithChina’s economic and social development, social life, people’s concepts, especially youngstudents ideological have all changed deeply and significant. With the full development ofour society, higher education has been obtained the unprecedented development, educationidea, education mode and education management are in constant innovation anddevelopment, it’s better meet the needs of social development. The new social situation andnew educational requirements are put forward higher requirements on College Students’Ideological and political education. College counselors as to the strengthen and improveideological and political education of college students frontline forces, the backbone force,how to better adapt to the new situation, fulfill the mission entrusted by the party and thecountry has become the new era needs further study.The system of University Counselors in China has a long history, as the ideologicaland political education in public in the important and basic part, has been playing anirreplaceable role. Especially the "CPC Central Committee and State Council on FurtherStrengthening and improving ideological and political education work opinions" that is theCentral Document No.16, the ministry of education’s "on the strengthening of the Ministryof education in higher school counselor, teacher team construction opinions","ordinarycollege counselor team building regulations" requirements document, Vigorously promotethe work of College Counselors in the new period of development, to ensure that thecollege students’ Ideological and political work is solid and effective. However, due to thechanges and development of social situation in recent ten years, the work of collegecounselors there can not adapt to the development of the situation and the problems anddifficulties.Interview and questionnaire through the working status of College Counselors inHebei Province, conduct in-depth reflection actual situation affect the work of College Counselors in Hebei province and the students, expectation of Taka Suke from two aspectsof guiding college counselor’s role cognition and role, analyzes and summarizes theexisting in university counselors work in Hebei Province, and the application of statisticalinnovation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a factor in Hebei provincecollege counselors work impact analysis, finally put forward some constructivesuggestions and reference for the university instructor troop construction and the reform ofhigher education. The article is divided into five parts:The first part, the introduction, mainly introduces the construction of collegecounselors team’s background, research significance, research ideas, contents and methods,this paper elaborates the research status on college counselors at home and abroad, therelated concept of this paper are defined, finally elaborated the innovation andshortcomings of this paper.The second part, mainly through the analysis of the results of the survey of currentsituation of College Counselors in Hebei province.The third part, through the establishment of mathematical model of performanceevaluation of counselor work, find the existing problems and shortcomings of collegecounselors work in Hebei province.The fourth part, this part mainly analyses the causes of Hebei province collegecounselors work problems from three aspects: factors influencing the cognition andexpectation, occupation burnout of college counselors and college counselors performanceof College counselors.The fifth part, in view of the existing Hebei province college counselors workproblems, put forward some constructive suggestions and countermeasures. First, clear theresponsibility of College Counselors in Hebei province; second, improve the Hebeiprovince college counselor performance appraisal mechanism; third, the incentivemechanism optimization and improvement of college counselors; fourth, perfect thetraining mechanism of Hebei province college counselors.
