Cooperative learning is the twentieth Century sixty or seventy’s in theUnited States has a way of learning, has been more and more widelyapplied in ten to the students as the main body teaching practice, manyresearchers on cooperative learning gave a high evaluation, which caneffectively improve students’ self-esteem, self-confidence to arousestudents’ learning motivation.Our country in the late nineteen eighties and early90’s also appeared inthe study of cooperative learning. Along with the new course reform,cooperative learning, inquiry learning and autonomous learning is the newcurriculum to promote the three learning methods, group cooperation studyin China in recent years has been widespread concern. According tostatistics, in our experimental study of cooperative learning, there are manylocal implementation is a cooperative learning group, the development ofits theory, thanks to some psychological and sociological theory, such as:collective dynamics, control theory, theory of motivation theory, socialcohesion theory, cognitive theory.I passed a year the two classes were the traditional teaching ofcooperative learning and group comparison as well as two years on thesame class of traditional teaching and cooperative learning group longitudinal comparison, find the middle school biology classroom ongroup cooperative learning has many problems: such as cooperativelearning group to set up formal, unreasonable, group cooperation learningopportunity choosing improper. The reason is that the group cooperativelearning in the process of implementing by teachers, students, cooperativesubject constraints. According to these problems and team cooperativelearning implementation, this paper proposes to improve the biologicalclassroom on the effectiveness of cooperative learning of some strategies:(1) choose the right group learning method.(2) to improve the quality ofteachers.(3) teachers should create a good learning atmosphere.(4)teachers should provide the group cooperative learning provides anevaluation standard.(5) educating the student’s cooperation consciousness.(6) to improve the validity of cooperative learning.(7) adopt suitableteaching cooperative learning grouping. The main innovation of this paperlies in: one is the practical cooperative learning modes; two is proposed toapply to the school’s cooperative learning grouping. The innovation insome extent solve the current biology classroom cooperative learningproblems.In short, in the junior middle school biology class cooperative learninggroup, should take quality education as the premise, the cultivation ofstudents’ innovation spirit and cooperation ability, lets the student study in the joy of biological scientific knowledge and improve students’ scientificliteracy.
