"Teaching reflection" for teachers, is a kind of education teaching practicewhich is comprehensive, sober and full of deep thinking. As a new training mode,"teaching reflection" can help teachers to improve their professional quality, improvetheoretical height, enhance the practice ability, which is an effective way of teachers’professional development. In the study, we use the case analysis, the questionnairesurvey, interview methods, to analyze the state of teachers’ teaching reflection ofTongniuling primary school of Dalian Jinzhou New Area. The case analysis is dividedinto four parts, which are teaching analysis and evaluation, development analysis andevaluation, problem analysis and recommendations.Research conclusions and recommendations are as follows:Primary school teachers can make an objective evaluation of teaching aims, teachingcontents and teaching methods, bear a positive attitude to the development of studentsand professional development of teachers, they can give objective analysis, treatstudents’ knowledge, skills and mental growth actively, they can discover the problemwhich happened in the classroom promptly, choose appropriate teaching methods tosolve it, put forward the suggestion for the teaching improvement.Primary school teachers should analyze and evaluate the structure of the course. Clearthe teaching goals before class, be familiar with the contents in the textbook, follow thestudents’ cognitive law, grasp the main points and overcome difficulties, choose properteaching methods, combine the teaching contents with students’ real life, help studentslearn to obtain; set effective questions to stimulate everybody’s interest, buildharmonious relationship between teachers and students. Ignore teacher’s authority, makefriends with students, have consciousness of considering students, ability and activity asthe center in class. Teaching reflection should consider both students and teachers’development. Use the textbook, but teach more than that, pay attention to combine allsubjects together, foster students’ ability of using knowledge, care more about thestudents’ psychological health, teachers should also discover their own potential duringthe process of reflection, consider it as the platform, where they can improve themselvesand achieve self-worth constantly.Schools should build broader reflection platform, create good teaching reflectionenvironment for teachers, give instruction to different-level teachers, help them toimprove their level by mastering various ways of teaching reflection.
