It has3dimensions and18factors, every factor has6items, and there are2repeated items. Therefore, this scale has110items,and uses7-points to rate.(2)To test the internal consistency a and test-retest estimates of Chinese version. The internal consistency a for the composite scale is0.956; The internal consistency a for each of18factor between0.671and0.836. The2-week test-retest estimates of18factors between0.796and0.876.(3)To test the content validity, structural validity, criterion validity of Chinese version. This scale is publicized in Journal of Vocational Behavior by Tracey. The content validity of this scale was good, examined according to Professor judgment. The structural validity of this scale was examined according to exploratory factor analysis and randomization test of hypothesized order Relations. The KMO of basic interest is0.895, The KMO of prestige dimensional is0.933; The KMO of18factors between0.659and0.873; loading of each items is higher than0.457. Correspondence Index is0.512, p=0.001.The criterion validity of this scale was examined according to ANOVA and non-parametic test.
