National minority occupation education reform and development, isrelated to the national minority area economic development and all-roundsocial development is a major event, especially for the underdevelopedminority area, the development of occupation education is of greatsignificance. Secondary occupation education is an important part of theeducational system, the comprehensive development of the occupationeducation is to enhance the comprehensive national power of our country,implement the party ’s education policy, follow the rule of development ofeducation, realize the education overall, coordinate, the inevitablerequirement of rapid development. With the rapid development of economicsociety, the industrial structure is ceaseless upgrade, occupation educationbecomes more and more prominent, more and more attention of people andattention. Vigorously develop the national secondary occupation education,promote the employment and solve"3farming" the important way of theproblem. Ethical region construction socialist new countryside, mustaccelerate rural a pasturing area occupation education development, improvebroad farming herdsman ’s occupation and transfer skills employment ability,to cultivate and bring up the construction of new socialist countryside are inurgent need of high-quality workers and skilled personnel, in order to realizethe great-leap-forward development of minority areas providing continuousintellectual guarantee and personnel support.First of all, this article from the Inner Mongolia area mediumoccupation education, from development scale, professional settings, teachingstaff and funding aspects of Inner Mongolia area medium occupationeducation started and the development present situation, so that the secondaryoccupation education in ethnic minority regions have a preliminary understanding, and introduced the system of North Chifeng National craftschool development present situation.Secondly, the paper through a column analysis pointed out that,although the national secondary occupation education of the initialdevelopment and made some achievements, however, there are still manyproblems that can not be ignored: from the knowledge perspective, social aswell as parents of the occupation education is also insufficient awareness, thatonly the ordinary high school is the child study the only way; teachingpractice from the equipment and teachers, secondary occupation educationteaching equipment lack, the comprehensive quality of the teachers should beimproved.In view of the North Chifeng national technical school problems,targeted separately from the firm ideals and beliefs, raising funds, tostrengthen the professional teachers and according to the local circumstancesinnovation develops a concept, manage clear to develop train of thought,transform the mode of development, strengthen the school’s connotationconstruction, as in Arhorchin banner local economy, social development andpeople’s wealth make new contributions.
