This paper mainly studies the occupation education in Xinjiang minority regions, and itsexisting problems, and tries to find out the Xinjiang national minority occupation education’squestion, putting forward to improve the Xinjiang national minority occupation educationpresent situation’s countermeasures.This research mainly adopts two kinds of data: using the macro data of statisticalyearbook for the analysis of the occupation educational development and the current situation,in order to find the problems. The investigation data is added, which can be more specific andtargeted to discover problems. The sources of the first class of macroeconomic data are from"Xinjiang statistical yearbook2010"," Xinjiang Education Statistical Yearbook2010","China National Statistical Yearbook2009"," China Statistical Yearbook2010"," ChinaEducation Statistical Yearbook2010"," the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region EducationStatistics Bulletin2000-2009" etc.. The micro data used in this paper got from thequestionnaire survey and interview.In order to achieve the purpose of this study, mainly uses the literature research method,statistical analysis method, field survey and questionnaire survey methods. Through literatureresearch, the different form of the carrier and recording technology disposable literature andtwo literatures are collected, and provide support for the question analysis andcountermeasures. Based on the related statistical yearbook data, the author analyses Xinjiangnational minority occupation education mechanism, using descriptive statistics, analysis ofvariance and statistical analysis method. Taking Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational College as aresearch subject, and through the way of questionnaire to study the inadequacy of theprocess of running school, and then prepare to put forward significant countermeasure forXinjiang occupation education development.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: occupation education develops slowlyin Xinjiang minority regions; secondary occupation education development " external " and "internal" are contradictory; occupation education in Xinjiang minority regions "comparative advantage " is lost; Xinjiang occupation education faculty is shortage andirrational structure; occupation education training location deviation and so on. In order tosolve the above problems, the author puts forward the following measures: implementation of" self aggrandizement" policy; implementation of the elimination of interest segmentationsystem based on " conversion "; based on " comparative advantage " perspective forintegration of Xinjiang minority area occupation education resources; the implementation of the " dynamic " occupation education mode; through payment settings, strengthening theoccupation education teachers "self selection "; prominent occupation educationcharacteristics, avoidance confliction form undergraduate college training objectives.
