The course of being a Kindergarten director is not plain sailing, especially underthe condition that today’s society expects of kindergarten education qualityrequirement enhances unceasingly, and preschool education reform continued todeepen, especially in ethnic minority areas with preschool of entering pressure, facingdifferent ethnic composition of children and the teachers, the new appointedkindergarten directors are faced with enormous pressure and challenges. In the firstperiod of time, they will encounter many difficulties, setbacks, and a lot of confusionat the same time.This study treats the new appointed directors in national regions as the researchobject, through interviews, and combining the method of questionnaire survey, Itanalyses the data of the questionnaire and the interview, found that the new appointeddirectors in minority areas have the common sense of professional confusion;According to statistics and analysis of seven professional confusion factors that thenew appointed director face in Xinjiang minority region, we can see that the biggestimpact of the problems is resources, then, in turn, they are the role of conversion,work and family life, knowledge and ability, relationship coordination, ethnic identityand professional identity in turn; By comparing the Han nationality directors withdirectors of the ethnic minorities in the seven professional confusion factors, it can befound that the level of professional confusion of Han director is generally higher thanthe minority director, the career confusion of Han director in transition, resource,nation is significantly higher than the director of the ethnic minorities, thus it shouldbe paid more attention to the greater career confusion for Han Chinese director.According to the actual circumstance of data and the participants summarizedmain reasons: For one part, the national factor is still one of the main factorsbothering the new appointed director, mainly in the language communication; foranother part, they are unprepared in psychology, knowledge and ability. According tothese aspects, not only the new appointed directors should do prepare in psychologyfor themselves, constantly supply professional knowledge, improve their managementlevel, promote the internal communication, in addition, the education administrative departments should give support at the same time, especially for the Han Chinesedirector, give appropriate preparation time, increase the training plan, and payattention to the cultivation of bilingual teachers.
