College staff as a special group, the main features as heavyresponsibility, social pressure, often work overloaded, irregular workschedules, intense competition, less physical exercise and so on. Thecollege staff’s work is work-based on creative mental. If the high-intensitymental activity can not cope with physical activity long-term, it willgradually interfere with and disrupt the normal operation of the humanbody various organs and tissues, which led to the occurrence of variousdiseases. The college staff has a high cultural quality, and better medicalconditions. From a certain extent, the status of university faculty will be amicrocosm of the future development of social groups.In order to better teaching and health care services, I have1545facultyof chronic diseases in the Inner Mongolia Normal School Hospital toundergo a health examination on2008survey, in order to improve thephysical and mental health of university teachers, work efficiency andquality of life study. Statistical analysis, the incidence of obesity, highcholesterol, fatty liver and other chronic diseases: Overweight36.38%detection rate, obesity rate of7.06%, total cholesterol increased thedetection rate of22.59%, triglycerides fat increased the detection rate of14.24%, fatty liver was26.41%. The examination results show that thepoor health of the Inner Mongolia Normal University faculty.The survey of Inner Mongolia Normal University stuff, faculty ofphysical exercise, physical exercise on the faculty of the health staff toprovide the facts and in accordance with the2010health examination,1794of the Inner Mongolia Normal School Hospital staff (944males and850females)make physical examination results data, and higher prevalence:overweight, obesity, high cholesterol, fatty liver, hypertension, high bloodsugar, bone density to reduce chronic diseases are analyzed and discussed.The results showed that: Overweight32.72%detection rate, obesity rate7.19%, high cholesterol detection rate (triglyceride increased by12.26%,total cholesterol increased by19.51%), fatty liver was25.47%, high glucose detection rate7.58%and30.27%detection rate, high bloodpressure, bone density reduction (mild reduction24.69%detection rate,with moderate to severe decrease20.62%).In addition, the use of random sampling method,30to60-year-oldin-service staff to undergo a health examination in2010in Inner MongoliaNormal School Hospital issued300copies of the college staff physicalexercise questionnaire, and physical exercise results were analyzed study.The incidence of various chronic diseases and physical exercise as aresearch perspective, the use of surveys, statistical analysis, the InnerMongolia Normal University, faculty of health status and physical exerciseinfluence, university faculty of physical exercise and chronic diseaseincidence, exercise prescription, and the status of chronically ill and theinteraction between the analysis and discussion. The results show that: thenumber of Inner Mongolia Normal University, faculty members participatein physical exercise accounted for35.07%, accounted for64.92%of peopledo not participate in physical exercise. Results as follows: physical exerciseand chronic disease incidence of overweight incidence (exercise group,19.15%,43.68%), non-exercise group; incidence of obesity (0%in theexercise group, the non-exercise group,11.49%); triglycerides incidence(exercise group was6.38%,10.92%) non-exercise group; total cholesterolincidence (11.7%in the exercise group, the non-exercise group,18.97%);incidence of fatty liver (exercise group was12.77%, non-exercise group,28.74%); hyperglycemia incidence (exercise group was4.26%,8.05%fornon-exercise group); incidence of hypertension (exercise group was17.02%and27.01%), non-exercise group; reduce the incidence of bonemineral density in mild (exercise24.47%,31.03%) for non-exercise group;severe bone mineral density in reducing the incidence (4.26%of theexercise group and non-exercise group11.49%).Not to participate inphysical exercise, chronic disease incidence is far more than to participatein physical exercise, chronic disease incidence. Findings put forward areasonable proposal and a proactive and preventive measures for effective health guidance of college faculty to improve the quality of life, goodhealth care, but also for the future health service policies provide areference to make contributions.
