As the most important communication tool and the important component of human culture, Chinese should be the unification of instrumental and humanism, which plays the role of the exchange ideas, and it is also the tool that human expresses their ideas. But in the traditional examination-oriented education background, people ignore the humanities of language, only treat the language as the tools in improving students’ rational development. It had adverse consequences to students’ learning, also affected the healthy growth of the students. Modern emotional education view holds that the importance to students’ emotional education is to enhance learning effect, and promote the comprehensive development of students’ physique art effective method, the country’s new Chinese teaching syllabus also clearly stipulates to implement emotional education, establish good relationship between teachers and students, promote the comprehensive development of the students. Now our country is in the stage of transition from examination-oriented education to quality education, it had not to get rid of the influence of the exam-oriented education, in teaching practice process, there is still some deficiencies that we pay more attention to know, ignore the feeling phenomenon,.This paper start from the research background of the emotion education, introduces the meaning of emotional education, and puts forward the emotional education should include rational education, moral education, aesthetic education etc, and have the characteristics of interesting, scientific and creative. The article points out, the emotional education is the junior middle school Chinese curriculum reform the objective request, is a junior high school student mental health development needs, but also improve the students’ Chinese study interest requirements, Chinese course in junior high school students and the characteristics of the emotional education has become possible. In this paper, the emotional education of both at home and abroad based on the present research, this article has analyzed our country junior middle school Chinese teaching implementation of emotional education present situation, that the existing education concept, examinations system and research and understanding of the lack of wait for a reason, at present the emotional education goal and didn’t get enough attention, teachers’ emotional quality and specific education methods are also improvements. In this foundation, the article puts forward the implementation emotional education rationalization proposals, think through and in the light of the reason of the problem produced puts forward the concrete implementation of the rationalization proposal, first of all is to perfect the existing personnel selection and emotional education measurement evaluation system; Secondly from external factors and the teachers themselves to improve the teacher’s emotion quality, Once again, is an accurate grasp of the teaching material content, the careful design class teaching, make full use of modern multimedia teaching technology, and pay attention to in the social practice, in the social practice of emotional education.
