The primary and middle school management informationization is an importantpart of educational informationization. At present, with the development of educationinformationization and the global informationizaiton, the primary and middle schools’management informationization develops, especially when the development ofeconomy and science has driven the educational informationization, provided thematerial and scientific foundation for primary and middle school managementinformationization. However, management informationization started late in smalland medium-sized school, and even no development in rural areas. At this initialstage, there are some new problems, the focus of solving which is around theapplication of management software, investigation of the use of educational softwareand finding the problems among using it. To promote its development, we should findthe problems arising from management software and infrastructure, and providereasonable suggestions by summarizing and analyzing the roots of the problems tooffer reference for the workers in primary and middle school. Effective schoolmanagement informationization can promote the school’s development in thefollowing aspects. Firstly, it can promote the standardization of management andimprove the efficiency of management. Secondly, primary and middle schoolmanagement informationization is the foundational program of the nationalinformationization contracture. Thirdly, it can provide effective reference for themanager’s decision. Lastly, the school educational management informationization isthe foundation of the macroeconomic control of the national educational management.This study has summarized the problems existing in the primary and middleschool management informationization contracture and offered reasonablesuggestions by investigating the use of management software of school teachers,administrative officials, interviewing the principal and the academic management toget to know the situation of school management software use and the understandingof school management officials and combining with the problems of the softwaredeveloping enterprise,In the first part, the paper introduced the mutual relationship between theeducational informationization, management informationization and the primary andmiddle schools, cleared the main concepts involving in this research. The second partpointed out the appeal of the management informationization construction and thenecessity of constructing the school management informationization. The third part,which is one of the importance of this research, investigated and summarized theproblems arising from the management software’s constructing and using in primaryand middle school, and finding the main problems existing in primary and middleschool through several research methods. The fourth part, which is another emphasis,put forward proposals for primary and middle schools in order to offer reference forthe schools’ management informationizaiton construction.
