The Practice Of Use Of Map And Multimedia As A Combination:a Study Upon Geography Education In Secondary Schools

Geographic map showing the geographical teaching of things and phenomena in space distribution,he map teaching in secondary school geography teaching in an important part.. If map teaching is used properly in geographical class by geogragy teacher, can not only help students understand and remember geographical knowledge, but also help students to build an image of thinking, improve problem-solving ability.The map teaching in the current, mainly rely on Atlas, teaching charts, globes and other tools,but there are many traditional teaching methods can not break through the problem. From the characteristics of multimedia technology with point of view, ideal for teaching maps. Now the school computers, networks, and other basic hardware and software facilities in place for teaching multimedia technology combined with the map teaching provided a broad space.I have done a lot of practical exploration on the map teaching on and multimedia technologies, received a certain amount of teaching effectiveness, to obtain some experience, and experience for these results, I made a summary of this paper. The paper is divided into three parts:preface, body and conclusion. In the preface, I made the background and current status of research and my research experience; body is the core of this paper, I first demonstrated the importance of maps for teaching geography, maps teaching problems; part Ⅱ, the map teaching and the conditions of integration of multimedia technology has been demonstrated, that the combination is very favorable; part Ⅲ,is made of the map material design and application of specific methods; part Ⅳ is the map of a specific multimedia courseware production, this part is a focus, which is in this direction is to explore the secondary school teachers, there should be some reference; Part Ⅴ discusses the multimedia software application in the teaching of the map; Part Ⅵ demonstrates the multimedia technology in the teaching of the limitations of the map.
