Modern education technology curriculum is a common course of master of education,which can promote education masters to know, understand and use modern informationtechnology; and integrate information technology and curriculum with the discipline nature.But due to the masters of education generally has the labor work, it is hard to like otheracademic master’s study in school for a long time. In theory, introducing the network learningplatform is very important to solve their “Work-Study Contradiction”, and also providesresources for the long-term development of master of education. Currently, the relatedresearch about the effect of E-learning platform for master of education is relatively limited.This article chooses master of education in-service as the research object to make a furtherresearch in this subject.Firstly, this article based on the analysis of past research, combined with relevanttheories, and according to the characteristics of the master of education, modern educationtechnologycurriculum objectives as well as primaryand secondaryschool teachers’educationtechnology standard to design a modern education technology curriculum. In addition, wecreated the master of education’s network learning platform with the related technologies;Secondly, this article combine with the related evaluation models to develop the master ofeducation learning effectiveness evaluation system; Lastly, this study uses single-factorcompletely random design, introducing the master of education’s network learning platforminto the whole learning process, throughout the course in the learning process, master ofeducation in experimental group used online learning platform for learning; master ofeducation in control group did not use the network learning platform for learning,otherlearning conditions keep the same. Later, we develop the questionnaire, examination paperand interview outline based on the evaluation index system to explore the effect of E-learningplatform for master of education in learning the modern education technology curriculum.This study concluded that in the attitude, knowledge, skill, behavior and results level,experimental group and control group have significant difference, the effect of theexperimental course is better than that of control group significantly, on the level of results, both groups of master of education have very good learning results. This shows the E-learningplatform plays a significant role in promoting master of education in modern educationtechnology curriculum learning.
