In2009, full-time master of Education has been authorised to recruite in China. Differentfrom MSc in old path, the newest one gives offer to students holding bachelor degree butwithout relative working experience, Hence, the internship is not only considered as anacademic task, but a worthy opportunity to collect teaching experiences, practice theriticalknowledge and ultimately help students pursue the best.The tasks of this paper are to track the current situation of internship programme that hasalready embarked on in Northeast Normal University, figuring out the tough issues and givefeasible recommodations. Specifically, it starts with the disscusion about education internshipissue nowadays, and then figure out the importance of talent cultivating and internshipprograme to solidify the practical education of full-time MSc in Education. Certainly, theresearch would be supported by literature review, previous observations, and interviews etc.,which help to make paper more reliable actually.The objective of this paper is to push education organisation keep an eye on studies ofinternship schemes on education field, as a result, it can do something good to enhanceinnovation of the discipline, students’ pofessional skills and employability as well. At thesame time, we sincerely hope that the recommodations given in this paper can be helpful tobuild up internship program in MSc in Education Technology.
