With the rapid development of IT,network and multimedia is gradually changing ourlives and learning styles.In recent years,micro-blog is applied to many industries andareas,because of its simple operation,convenient,interactive exchanges,many educationexperts and scholars try to penetrate into the education.In this paper,the micro-blog function analysis,the author tried to use micro-blog tobuild one can promote a common platform for the development of secondary school teachersand students.Using strategy for this platform,it can be divided into three latitude to elaborate:First,teachers use micro-blog to promote their development.Teachers subjectknowledge,teaching ability and professionalism of these three areas are critical to teachersprofessional development.Teachers use micro-blog to manage knowledge,concily andeffectively sort of explicit knowledge of the lesson plans, teaching notes,papers,teachingreference materials related to discipline their own grant which are documented,archival andelectroniced and severed into micro-blog,the teachers Knowledge Base.Micro-blog can beused as the base of the teaching of scientific research,providing a wealth of educationalresources for teachers,the formation of the learning environment of cooperation andexchanges.Teachers use micro-blog to achieve self-reflection,not only to listen to opinionsfrom various fields in a timely manner, you can also learn from the classic reflection on theexperience of other teachers to improve their teaching ability. Teachers can also use themicro-blog to sublimate their professionalism, raise enthusiasm for the cause of education.Secondly, it researched that the learners use micro-blog in a self-learning process toenhance their own development strategies, learners can use micro-blog as an electronicnotebook, you can not only add tags to classify the content, but also link to related knowledgesite. Learners can use micro-blog as a complementary learning tool to collaborative learn,independent learn and mobile learn.Finally, the common development strategies for teachers and students in the micro-blogplatform inclue that a good learning environment to build, teachers and students an equalexchange, learning resource sharing, the ideological and moral cultivation. In addition,micro-blog provides an atmosphere to the teachers and students to understanding each otherand learn from each other. Using micro-blog to reach an ideal, harmonious teacher-studentlearning and development environment.
