With the development of economic globalization, nowadays,the national, regionaland urban is compete for talent, human resources has become the most importantstrategic resources. In the Central National Talent Work Conference, General SecretaryHu Jintao stressed that talent is a sustainable development of resources, advantagedtalent is the most in need of cultivation, the most potential, the most reliable source. Inrecent years, around the great emphasis on the personnel system and mechanisminnovation, have taken a more favorable personnel policies and measures, and strive toimprove the attraction of talent, competitiveness. In such circumstances, based on theactual Z vocational school, combined with the school’s development strategy, we useSWOT analysis to the introduction of strategic internal strengths, weaknesses, externalopportunities and threats of Z vocational talent, the result is proposed to improve on thelevel of personnel training and academic research, the introduction of schools shortageof talent.In this paper, in accordance with the questions, analyze and solve problems theidea to start. The first chapter in the study related to the introduction of talent putforward on the basis of the introduction of talent for the development of the university isvery important, and the full text of the consolidated statement of.
