With the accelerating process of industrialization and modernization, a large numberof famers have transferred or are about to transfer to non-agricultural industries and largeor middle cities. One of the most important issues that they concerned about is theeducation of their children. Solving the education problem of their children relates to theimprovement of the quality of these famers, which in turn relates not only to the increaseof the famers’ income and development in economy in both agricultural and rural places, but also relates to the speed of building a harmonious society in China. However, due tothe following reasons: policies made by the government which are not good enough, therural areas are relatively poor and backward, and the rural migrant workers have a lowlevel of education and so on, which restricts to the access of education of the migrantworkers’ children. Therefore, we should take active measures to help these children toachieve equality in the access to education, including compulsory education and basiceducation in order to achieve sustainable development in economy and social stability.
