Dwelling Narrowness:Analysis On Predicament Of Housing Problems Of University Graduates

Since housing reform in1998, China’s real estate market has been rapid development and commercial housing has become the main supplier of residential market. Because of high speed of urbanization process in recent years, the "land finance" policy of government as well as developer’s pursuit of interests, the price of commercial housing in China was far beyond the people’s level of affordability. On the other hand, there exist a lot of problems in China’s housing security system such as narrow coverage, inadequate access and exit mechanisms, limited supply which results in a large number of "sandwich classes".University graduates are the main body of "sandwich classes ", which attract the great attention of whole society. As the number of university graduates in China growing year by year, the housing problem of the university graduates in is becoming increasingly prominent, we collect the data of their basic information living condition、the trend and goodwill to improve their living condition and the subjective wish to public housing policy through questionnaire researching. Through these date we can have more clear idea about their housing problems and analyses what causes these problems. The essay also analyzes the emerging problems of China’s housing security system within the frame of developmental social policy. Absorbing the successful experience of foreign housing security system,the essay puts forward suggest ions to perfect the present housing security system from both macro and micro angles using the method of comparison analyzing.
