Classroom is the main place for teachers and students to conduct teaching and learning activities,the main platform for teachers to teach and educate people,and the important way for students to acquire knowledge and ability.With the deepening of the reform of basic education and the spread of quality-oriented education,the classroom management in junior high school has been improved obviously,but there are still some factors that are not conducive to the growth and development of junior high school students,and the classroom management has not yet played a full role.In the traditional middle school classroom,students are in a passive position.Teachers often use their authority to command students and make them obey orders,but they don't really realize that this kind of mechanized classroom management is difficult to arouse students' interest,even to some extent,it dampens students' enthusiasm for learning,suppresses students' emotional and personal needs,and seriously hinders students' potential The development of ability and the cultivation of ability.Through combing the previous research literature,clarifying the concept and summarizing the research results,based on the humanistic education thought and humanistic management theory,we have compiled the questionnaire and interview outline of junior middle school classroom management,through the analysis of the questionnaire of 701 junior middle school students,we can understand the current situation and problems of junior middle school classroom management,through the analysis of 10 different regions and sex Don't interview with teachers of teaching age,explore the causes of the problems,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the perspective of humanism.The survey found that the dominant power of classroom management is still firmly in the hands of teachers,such as seat arrangement and academic performance has a clear correlation,teachers use tough means to maintain classroom discipline,simple and rough handling of students' problem behaviors and other shortcomings of traditional classroom management still exist and continue to have an impact.This leads to many problems as follows: the physical and psychological environment of the classroom are controlled by teachers in one-way;the way of maintaining discipline is rigid,mostly controlled by teachers' authority;teachers are not good atmanaging disciplinary violations in the way of guidance,etc.Through interviews with teachers,the author summarizes the following causes of classroom management problems: the impact of the education sector,the impact of the school organization system,the impact of teachers' educational ideas and personal factors.The humanistic education view advocates taking human as the starting point of education management,respecting the personality of students and believing that students have the potential of self-improvement.Based on the causes of the problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of Humanism:Based on the development of schools,establish and improve the scientific education evaluation view;deepen the reform of school management system,and improve the channels for teachers to participate in decision-making;and We should build a harmonious and loose school organizational culture,improve teachers' concept of classroom management,talk with students equally,improve teachers' level of classroom management and cultivate students' ability of self-management.
