Conflicts exist in our society, political, economic, military, culture and other fields haveconflicts. Rural boarding schools as a part of the society, there are also a variety of conflict ofits internal, the boarding students as a major part of the school, its also the main source ofschools internal conflict. Junior high school is a very special stage, this stage is the students’thoughts, feelings and values will change a lot.The study adopted interviews and questionnaire, this study selected Mongolian secondaryschools, Chifeng city of Aohanqi Sa Li Pakistan Township Middle School and Han MiddleSchool, Inner Mongolia Fengzhen area Po Town secondary school boarding students assurvey objects. Using the self-complied questionnaire “The current situation on the conflictsof rural junior high school boarding student”, inquire from four demotions which are conflictson student with schoolmates, teachers, educational administrators and logistics staff. Thesurvey has distributed300questionnaires in all, recover the298questionnaires, includingunqualified questionnaires12, received286valid questionnaires.Through the investigation and analysis of the boarding school students conflicts status quoin rural areas, get the conclusions as following:(A)Generally speaking, there are few conflicts in the rural junior high school boardingstudents, harmony is the focus of interpersonal communication and interaction. Even if existconflicts, is also more than occasionally, often conflict rarely.(B)The most common conflict is between student and schoolmates, the conflict betweenstudents and school administrative staff conflict at least.(C) Different gender has obvious difference on the conflict between students and hisschoolmates, teachers, support staff. The conflicts of boys are generally higher than girls.(D) Different grades of rural junior high school boarding student has a significant differencesbetween students and support staff, Sophomore have more conflicts than the other two grades.(E) There is no significant effect of school type in conflict for rural junior high schoolboarding students.Based on the above findings, author propound some strategies on rural junior high schoolstudents’ conflict management: rural junior high school boarding schools should establish anew organizational culture, create communication and cooperation campus culture; scientificidentification the development process of conflict; create a comprehensive conflictmanagement mechanism; focus on the psychological counseling, to strengthen the rural boarding school students’ mental health education; increase capital investment to enhancethe rural boarding schools’ services and infrastructure construction.
