Rural boarding school student management problems, is one of the important problemsin China’s rural basic parity due to the process of reform and development. It is an educationalproblems caused with the development of the rural compulsory education school layoutadjustment and China’s "rural boarding school construction project" the implementation of the.Especially in recent years the school bus problem exists, a rise in the number of boardingschool students, especially the influx of low collar boarding students, these students withlearning, living, psychological state, the question whether the ability to adapt to boardingeducation, is suspends in front of a prominent problem in school.This study through the investigation of Benxi Gaotaizi boarding primary school studentmanagement present situation, analyzes the existing management of the students in the ruralboarding school problems, causes of student management problems, puts forward theeffective measures for strengthening the management of students, boarding schools in ruralareas, improve the quality of management, to promote students’ all-round development, hasthe theory a certain value. The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research purpose,related concepts, domestic and foreign literature in this paper, and then brings forward theproblems to be studied, research methods and selection and whole thinking.The second part introduces the related problems of boarding schools in rural areas isbriefly traces generated clarification, rural boarding primary school, the city and thecountryside school, comparison of boarding and non boarding school, uniqueness that ruralboarding school students management as well as new features.The third part introduces the present situation of the school cases in Liaoning provinceBenxi Gaotaizi school, including the school’s situation, resources, logistics management,education and teaching. Through questionnaires and interviews, literatures, analyzes thecurrent development of rural boarding schools.There are fourth parts of the case school students through the analysis of the problem, ismainly the analysis as well as the parents of the students respect, boarding school pupils’learning, emotion. Find out the reason of boarding primary school student managementproblems. Rural boarding school is adapted to the rural area of our country, especially theobjective need of the remote and poor areas and produce, although in the developmentprocess has made many achievements, and accumulated a lot of valuable experience, but thereare still many imperfect places. Therefore, rural boarding schools have been conscientiouslysum up the achievements and existing problems, there will be construction, help to boardingschool to narrow the gap between urban and rural education and the balanced development ofcompulsory education. The fifth part in the foundation of analyzing the causes of students’ management of the caseschool, we further put forward corresponding countermeasures in the construction of boardingschools in rural areas, increasing investment, improving the conditions of running schools, thetransformation of rural boarding primary school teachers management mode, set in line withthe characteristics of primary school curriculum management of boarding, establish thecorrect concept, the creation of new ideas for rural boarding primary school home schoolcooperation management, to make up the shortage of rural boarding primary school.
