Education is the foundation of the development of national development, about a city, a region, the future of a country. With the constantly adjust pattern of elementary and secondary schools in rural areas, according to each region of geography circumstance and objective restrictions, boarding school become a common rural school model, the countryside junior middle school become nine years rural boarding school construct an important component. Hubei province connects city is even more so. Li chuan city is the largest area of En shi prefecture, the largest population of the county. In Li chuan the city has12national middle school, the scope for rural boarding junior high school junior middle school education, the burden of scope. Junior middle school students’management of boarding is a tedious is important work, it to the development of the school, the students’healthy growth, the progress of the society plays an irreplaceable role. Based on the investigation and analysis of the local schools, and combining the capital city in Li chuan three years of experience teaching, to junior high school students’ management problems of boarding for analysis, and put forward the solution to the problem of feasible countermeasures.The first part of the thesis expounds the cause of the research, the purpose and significance of others’research and literature review, this paper analyzed and explain the research idea and method, so as to provide the basis for support.The second part is through the junior middle school students’ management scope of boarding field observation, questionnaires and interviews survey, with the statistical correlation analysis, data analysis, and summed up the junior high school students of boarding connects the management of the status quo.The third part is the junior middle school students according to the scope of boarding management present situation, carries on the analysis of problems representation. Through the analysis found that in the countryside junior middle school students boarding scope management group to existing problems include: safety management work exists many risks; and Students diet is not in conformity with the health development of teenagers need; Student’s dormitory management link weak; The students’ psychological health lack the right guidance; Students’ learning burden too heavy. These problems are preventatives only, in order to be able to effectively solve these problems, will have to find the root of the problems. The reasons contributing to these problems are:management can’t keep up with the situation, insufficient investment in education, teachers’ workload too much, local special geographical environment.The fourth part is for the root of the problems, combined with "students foremost" and "education balanced development" the education concept, put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions:through various channels balanced education resources; Vying for the new rural boarding junior high school; Build the school security system; To improve the students’diet and health; Seek new ways of dormitory management; Strengthen the countryside junior middle school students’ psychological health education.
