Mathematic thoughts and methods play an important role in the field of mathematics.It isan analyzing and solving promblem’s thought that reflects its essence,when teachers clear andexplain the importance of it,they should also pay attention to conclusion and refining.Information technology has become an indispensable part of current mathematics teaching.By using information technology reasonably, it will improve the class efficiency andstimulate knowledge curiosity of students.Through the study on mathematics methodology ofjunior high school with the support of information technology, it can further optimizemethodology and improve students’ mathematical ability. The main purpose of this study is touse information technology to emphasize mathematic methodology of junior high school.This paper summarizes research on mathematic methodology and explores how to makeinformation technology to teach mathematic methodology in junior high school, combinedwith the concept of curriculum standards, modern teaching theory and constructivist learningtheory. This study design some cases which use information technology in mathematicmethodology and refine the usage of information technology in class teaching to guideteachers to achieve the desired teaching goals by reasonably use information technology-assisted mathematic methodology.The teaching cases on the mathematic methodology in junior high school has beendesigned and put it into practice under the support of information technology. Two classes inNo.35Dalian Middle School (experimental and comparative classes) are the objects of thisstudy. After a semester following up, final exam scores are regarded as test scores to explorethe impact of information technology on the effect of mathematic methodology in junior highschool. The analysis of test results shows students in the experimental class achieve higherscores than those in the comparative class on the subject of mathematic methodology. As aresult, the usage of information technology is an efficient way to improve teaching qualitywith of mathematic methodology in junior high school. At the same time, it is recommendedthat teachers should reasonably use information technology in t mathematic methodology.
