Private Vocational College is an important part in the development of theVocational Education System in China, its training and provide a large numberof outstanding professional and technical people to the community. However,inrecent years, private vocational college is facing many difficulties like thatlow degree of social identity and lack of students and so on, that because thedecline in the quality of teaching. The quality of teaching depends on teacher’sprofessional quality of service, and teacher professional development andprofessionalism restricting the level of professionalism and service quality. Atpresent, teacher’s professional service for the students is weak, that the qualityof professional service is poor. We must pay attention to the quality of theprofessional services to promote the development of higher vocational education,many scholars have studied that issue, however, most of these articles rarelystressed Private Vocational teachers to provide professional service. This paper, by selecting the teachers and students as the main survey of four PrivateVocational College in Dalian and Shenyang, and found that there are manyproblem that the awareness of professional services is weak and service attitudeis not seriously, and teachers professionalism is poor and lake of management ofeducation. There are many reasons responsibility for that problem that teachersethic and responsibility is poor, and weak of training and self-development andso on.
