Dual-qualified teachers are keys to improve the quality of education in vocational schools and to enhance students’ capability of finding employment. This article defines the concept of dual-qualified teachers of finance and economics from the view of sustainable development of vocational education. In view of the teachers in our school—Changsha school of Finance and Economics and on the basis of analysis of the problems and the reasons, this article puts forward the concept of perfecting the construction of double-qualified teachers from the perspectives of teachers, schools and government in an effective way.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part puts forward the urgency, the importance of this research and the definition of double-qualified teachers.The second part is about the further education of dual-qualified teachers of finance and economics in our school, the following are main problems:The school is lack of effective incentive mechanism; Training content is in a theoretical level and lack of specific aim; The work of teaching and education is heavy and job burnout is serious; School treatment on part-time teachers is lack of attraction; Government is lack of specific policy and financial support, and cooperation between school and enterprises is difficult.The third part proposed countermeasures from the perspectives of teachers, schools and government. Teachers should design the plans for their career growth, exchange and reflect, practice bravely, explore and innovate, and maintain physical and mental pleasure; The school should establish and perfect a reasonable training mechanism for teachers and a management system for part-time teachers and dual-qualified teachers, strengthen cooperation, simulate training and practice for students, and construct good campus atmosphere of school; The government should learn advanced experience from foreign countries, perfect the legal system of teachers’further education, build a platform for part-time teachers, and gives the enterprises real benefits to promote school-enterprise cooperation.
