The excellent “dual qualified” teachers are the key factor to ensure the quality of education in secondary vocational schools.In 2019,the State Council officially issued the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,reiterating the status of vocational education,and putting forward new requirements for the quantity and quality of “dual qualified” teachers in vocational schools.In this context,this study uses literature research and survey research methods to select three secondary vocational schools in X city as the research object,investigates the status of the construction of “dual qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools in X city,finds out the existing problems,and then puts forward solutions to provide some reference opinions for the construction of “dual qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools in X city.This study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This part expounds the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,and research content and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis.This part defines the concepts of secondary vocational schools,“dual qualified” teachers and the construction of “dual qualified” teachers,and expounds the theoretical basis of the paper,that is,incentive theory and lifelong education theory.The third chapter is the characteristics and enlightenment of the construction of “dual qualified” teachers in foreign vocational colleges.This part chooses to study and analyze vocational education in Germany,the United States and Australia,and summarizes their characteristics and draws relevant experience.The fourth chapter is the investigation of the status quo.On the basis of the design of questionnaire and interview outline,this part investigates the construction of “dual qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools of X city from three aspects: the structural status,the professional quality status quo and the system construction status of “dual qualified” teachers.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the existing problems and causes.This part analyzes the problems of unreasonable structure,low professional quality and incomplete construction system of “dual qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools of X city,and explores the deep-seated restriction factors behind these problems from three levels of society,school and individual.The sixth chapter is the countermeasure research.In view of the problems and reasons in the construction of “dual qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools of X city,this part puts forward that the certification standards of “dual qualified” teachers should be unified,the funds for the construction of “dual qualified” teachers should be increased,and the laws and regulations should be improved at the social level;the school should make a reasonable plan to perfect the introduction of teachers,training system,incentive system and evaluation system;the individual should strengthen the occupational belief,increase learning strength,and strengthen lifelong learning awareness.The seventh chapter is the conclusion.This part summarizes the research content and results of this study,and reflects on the deficiencies of this study.
