| Secondary vocational education plays an important role in the construction of my country’s vocational education system and is an important part of it.Secondary vocational education has its own uniqueness.Secondary vocational schools train technical and technical talents with practical operation ability and production service ability to meet the needs of regional economic construction and development.Due to its uniqueness in the goal of talent training,the requirements for the professional and knowledge abilities of secondary vocational school teachers are different,and the construction of a high-quality secondary vocational school "double-qualified" teacher team is in the process of realizing The inevitable requirements for the long-term development of vocational school teachers are essential to promote the sustainable and connotative development of vocational schools.This article uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods.On the basis of summarizing the development path of the “dual-qualified” teacher team in secondary vocational schools since1949,taking Y school in N city as an example,combined with the actual situation of the school,the following two methods are mainly used: one is questionnaire survey The second is the interview method,which combines the above two methods.According to the training,structure,assessment,treatment guarantee,professional beliefs,professional skills and other issues of the "dual-qualified" teacher team,the "dual-qualified" school of Y The current situation of the construction of the teaching team was investigated,and the results of the investigation were analyzed using SPSS21.0 statistical software.According to the research results of the article,the problems existing in the process of building a "dual-qualified" teaching team were further summarized,mainly focusing on The following aspects: The teacher structure of the "dual-qualified" teacher team is unreasonable,the "dual-qualified" teacher training system is not perfect,the construction of the "dual-qualified" teacher team system is not perfect,and the certification standards for the "dual-qualified" teacher are pending perfect.The cause analysis based on the existing problems is mainly summarized into four points: First,the introduction of talents is "partially academic" and the channel is single;second,the qualification certification standard for "dual-qualified" teachers has not been established;thirdly,the "dual-qualified" teacher training mechanism Imperfect;fourth is the lack of a scientific and effective assessment and incentive mechanism.In view of the above problems and the analysis of their causes,this article proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions for improvement from the three aspects of the government,schools,and teachers.First,the government should unify the qualification certification standards for "dual-qualified" teachers,improve the legal system of vocational education,and improve the professional access and employment system for teachers;secondly,schools should establish a "dual-qualified" teacher assessment system and improve the "double-qualified" teacher evaluation system.Teacher training system system for "professional" teachers,to improve the incentive guarantee of "dual-professional" teachers;finally,teachers themselves should activate self-development,improve professional beliefs,and deepen professional identity. |
