China is agricultural country,and countryside are the settlement of many people.The number of pupil live in countryside take a large part of the whole.Level of the education they accept and the education status have will not only effect the rural primary school education quality,but also related to the overall situation of primary school edtcation in china.China has large rural population,rural education quality will do great influence on China’s education quality. Children are the future of a country,also they are the main force in modernization construction in future, and then affect the whole national quality in future. At the same time,if we don’t do rural primary school education well,it can not consistent with theme of the times of building a new socialist countryside.With the development of economy, the increase of national investment and the enlarge of social concern, Rural primary school education had improve a lot in many aspects compared with the previous.But in current situation,it also has many problems,and more serious to some extent.The article was written on the basis of research,and comprehensive use of the method of literature,inductive method and so on.Analysis and summary the quertion of rural primary school education soft envrionment,and on the basis of this put forward some feasibility suggestion and countermeasure.The full text include five parts. The first part is mainly explain the background, significance, methods and contents of the article. The second part definite the core concept which associated with, and expounds the relationship between. The third part from school, family, society three aspects to the current China’s Rural Education soft environment objective and some existing problems were summarized, describe the phenomenon, the detailed analysis of the causes are analyzed. The fourth part separately from the government, the school and the family perspective to improve the rural primary school education soft environment condition corresponding policy. The fifth part puts forward the research conclusion: rural primary school education soft environment will have a very important influence on rural primary school education,ought to cause high attention.The improvement of rural primary school education soft environment, is the necessary conditions and enabling security to improve the rural primary school quality of education, also is the new requirement of new period.Tt has great significance to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, to constructe a new socialist countryside, to build a harmonious society and also to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is meaniful both on present and in future.
