Research On Development Strategy Of Higher Vocational Education In Anhui Province Based On The Core Development

Since1998, high vocational education has taken roots in Anhui Province. It has made an important contribution to the economic development and social progress while infused into the economic and social development gradually. With the establishment and perfecting gradually of the socialism market economy in our country, high vocational education of our province is also involved in the tide of market-oriented economy, and it has to explore how to survive and develop in fierce competition. High vocational education in our province is facing many problems and contradiction in reality, such as the contradiction between the social demand of application-oriented talented man with high skill and the poor quality of high vocational education; the contradiction between the rapid growth in high vocational colleges and the gradually reducing of social matriculates, etc. If high vocational colleges can’t keep pace with the time, insist on following the leading of the scientific concept of development for itself, we won’t know how to guide the sustainable development for high vocational education in our province.In recent years, Anhui Province is implementing vigorously the strategy of invigorating Anhui province by high education. With the implementation of "central rise plan", the demands of high-level and skilled talents have expanded in our province. So we must develop high vocational education with characteristics vigorously, not only to cultivate a large number of independent creative talents with high skill, but also explore the theory and method of resolving contradictions actively, and explore the path of sustainable development, then we will meet the urgent needs of social and economic development. The high vocational education in our province will be guided by a road which is originated in the theory on the core competence of a corporation and the theory of sustainable development and still in exploring. We discover that if "the core competencies" is applied to vocational education field directly, the essence of high vocational colleges will not be reflected, but "the core development"can reflect it well. Then we begin to research the new concept of "the core development" and discuss how to apply it to the development of high vocational education.The purpose of this study is to elaborate the new concept of "the core development" further, and to analyze its forms and elements. Based on this, Ⅰ hope Ⅰ can construct the theory on the core development of high vocational education and make the evaluation index system about the core development of high vocational education, and then it’s a great innovation of the sustainable development theory which may make high vocational colleges advance quickly. Building and upgrading the core development of high vocational colleges is our strategic choice for the sustainable development. We should apply the scientific outlook on development thoroughly and seek vary methods and ways for the ascension of high vocational colleges, and then promote the core development of high vocational colleges and drive the sustainable development of high vocational education, the sustainable development of society and economy will be realized finally. In the course of constructing and ascending the core development of high vocational colleges, the government, collages, enterprises and the society should be conscientious, that is the strong backing for the sustainable development of high vocational education in our province.
