This research mainly adopts literature consultation, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and hierarchical analysis method, to study the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of P.E. teachers’in primary and middle schools.Studies suggest that:l, P.E. teachers’ core competence is refers to the physical education teachers in strengthen students’ physique, improve health and to teach students the skills, improve the students’ personality, unique, difficult to imitate, irreplaceable ability, is formed in the physical education teachers in the teaching practice of a after its internal integration of knowledge, skills, and accomplishment of set, the physical education teachers in the process of sustainable development for the unique ability of sustainable competitive advantage and development advantage.2core competitiveness by the movement technology, primary and secondary school physical education teachers, teaching skills, mind, values four aspects.3, according to the principle of index system of core competitiveness, to build physical education teachers in the questionnaire on the basis of the established by4first-level indicators,10secondary index,35tertiary index of PE teachers’ core competitiveness evaluation index system, index and the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is adopted to make two important degree judgment, to get the weight of each evaluation index corresponds, among them, the primary index is0.3233, the movement technical level of the teaching skill level of0.4521,0.1264value level, mental level0.0982.
