Henan Finance And Tax College Scientific Research Project Performance Evaluation Research

As the improvement of scientific research in the development of colleges and universities becomes more and more important, there are more and more researches conducted by scholars on performance evaluation of the scientific research projects. However, there isn’t a set of good and universal system for performance evaluation of the scientific research projects. Based on such consideration, the paper reviews the relevant literature, adopts the combination of hierarchy analytic method and fuzzy math evaluation method as breakthrough point, uses performance evaluation index system for scientific research projects of colleges and universities as foundation, establishes the AHP fuzzy math comprehensive evaluation model, and conducts empirical analysis of five scientific research projects of Henan College of Finance and Taxation for example.First, the paper reviews the domestic and international research of performance evaluation for scientific projects and the latest developments in the field, focusing on performance evaluation theory and general performance evaluation methods for scientific research projects in colleges and universities. Second, the paper adopts questionnaire method among domestic experts, taking Henan College of Finance and Taxation as an example. Based on previous performance evaluation method for scientific research projects conducted by Scientific and Research Department of Henan College of Finance and Taxation and other evaluation methods conducted by other colleges and universities, the paper establishes a set of performance evaluation system of scientific research projects of Henan College of Finance and Taxation, and determine the index weight of different levels with hierarchy analytic method. Third, the paper establishes AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for performance evaluation of the scientific research projects of colleges and universities. Finally, the paper uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, based on the empirical data of Henan College of Finance and Taxation, takes model calculation for five different scientific projects, gets the total value of each project, takes performance evaluation, analyze difference of the value, and find problems in the evaluation, in order to shed light on future research and improve scientific research in future scientific research projects.
