| The teaching staff is the first resource of education development,and the new teachers are an indispensable part of the teaching staff.There are some problems in the transition of new teachers’ roles and the connection of educational theory and practice,which will cause some troubles to the new teachers’ adaptation to teaching.How to make the new teachers in primary schools shorten the adaptation period and enter the teaching work is not only beneficial to the teachers’ professional development,but also has an important influence on the development of students,schools and even the whole society.In this paper,the new teachers who have been employed in 6 primary schools in x city of l province for less than 3 years are taken as the research object,by means of questionnaire and interview,this paper makes an in-depth study on the adaptability of the four dimensions of teaching,interpersonal relationship,working environment and professional development,it is concluded that the new teachers have the following problems in their post adaptation: the teaching business is hard,the interpersonal relationship is tense,the working environment is low,and the professional development needs to be strengthened.The factors that affect the new teachers’ post adaptability include two aspects: The new teachers’ personal character,the new teachers’ understanding of students in communication,and their professional skills External Causes: Insufficient service practice of new teachers,attitude of school leaders,parents of students,public opinion.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the post adaptation problems of new teachers in primary schools.First,Teachers need to strengthen self-education and enhance self-regulation;second,The selection of guidance teachers to help,improve the evaluation system.Third,The society gives the economic support,the family and the society gives the psychological support. |
