The school sports object is a student.Understood student’s sports behavior present situation, the research affects the student sports behavior each kind of factor, but grasps effectively with utilizes the pointed educational reform method reasonably, improves the school sports quality of teaching and the mass sports activity management level.This article uses the literature material law, the interview law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the data method of average, take Xuyi County high school student’s sports behavior as object of study; By Xuyi County within the boundaries of complete four senior middle schools "Xuyi County senior middle school, new horse senior middle school, Du Liang senior middle school, Ma Ba senior middle school" the student is the object of investigation, investigates and studies a Xuyi County place high school student’s sports behavior.Research results indicates that:xuyi County high school students General Shang sports attitude active up, but constitute sports attitude of three a dimension do not balance, which sports cognitive performance best, sports behavior tendencies worst; xuyi County high school students of sports behavior General does not ideal, reflected in, participation activities of frequency was does not to basic of guarantee, students cannot guarantee basic of has oxygen activities exercise; xuyi County high school per capita exercise places area lower, cannot meet in school students of movement needs; sports cognitive, and sports emotional, and sports behavior intention, and Interest in sports, and other subjective factors have an impact on the formation of students’ sports; xuyi County high school sports teaching present situation affected the formation of students’behavior.Based on the above Xuyi County high school student sports behavior present situation, this article proposed the improvement, consummates the Xuyi County high school student sports behavior the suggestion:(1) in view of the fact that the young people like the sports the characteristic, strengthens student’s movement experience, raises the good sports emotion to urge it to obtain the direct sports experience.In the teaching activity, the teacher should build the relaxed happy atmosphere diligently, induces the student to participation on own initiative positively, from the shallow to the deep, then achieved in the deep level the experience exploration, causes the student to enjoy the pleasure in the experience process which brings to the sports, forms the positive stable emotion manner, then forms the physical training consciousness and the interest, the promotion sports behavior tendency production.(2) correct the cognitive bias factor is not conducive to sports behavior High school students state of health and sports behaviors related to students in good health, sports behavior situation is relatively good, the bad state of health students tend to avoid physical exercise. To strengthen the correct understanding of students’ physical health, making them aware of the physical exercise can improve the efficiency of student learning, to overcome its own inert, actively involved in physical exercise.(3) to promote beneficial to the students’physical behaviors of the personalized teaching reformTeachers should be teaching in the physical development of students’ focus on sports, to promote a lifelong sport. Relationship between students and students should be highlighted in the main body, strengthen teachers’ and students’ interaction, guidance, and help students self-learning sport skills and theoretical knowledge and teaching methods, and should be in the teaching of secondary school students in an individual guidance, and learning assessment, self-employed should be in progress and are interested in sports, practices in the evaluation criteria.(4) form a trinity of family, school, social atmosphere of physical exerciseSchools as the main venue for high school students in learning and exercise, should be actively carried out the physical education and sports, extracurricular activities, to increase and improve the sports venues and facilities for organizing a variety of sports competitions; families should actively support the secondary school students to participate in physical exercise, including high school students the correct guidance of the awareness of physical exercise, so understanding, put the relationship between activities and learning; society and the school but also through cooperation, through multiple channels of high school students to participate in sporting activities, giving the mind and body benefit from the publicity work, the formation of the atmosphere of physical exercise.
