Wang Yangming was one of the most important ideologists in the development history of Chinese philosophy. The philosophy of mind created by him had exerted enormous repercussion in the mid and late period of Ming dynasty, which even influenced the process of intellectual history in the mid and late period of the whole Ming dynasty. Wang Yangming was not only a renowned philosopher, but also a famous educator in history. As an educator with enormous influence, he strived to spread the seeds of the philosophy of mind, promoted giving lectures, opened academy of classical learning, and after long-term teaching practice, he gradually formed the moral education style of "Learning of Wang Yangming". which did not stick to one pattern. Taking the combination of theory and practice as the entry point, this paper carried out in-depth analysis on the positive factors in moral education of Wang Yangming by applying theoretical and empirical study method. As to contemporary education work, the drawing of the essences in moral education of Wang Yangming. is of important reference significance no matter in theory or in practice.This paper mainly consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, which focused on discussing the background and meaning of topic selection of this paper, the status quo of domestic and overseas study, the study method applied by this paper, and the elaboration on the basic concept of moral education. Through the etymology of "Moral" and "Education", the analysis on its literal meaning and the analysis on the concept origin of "moral education", the author obtained that in "moral education", there’s neither narrow sense and broad sense, nor public and private, moral education is the all-round education of "everything as one". The second part is the summary of the philosophical foundation of the moral education of Wang Yangming. In this part, through discussion on "the mind is the principle"."Knowledge and action should go hand in hand"."Extension of intuitive knowledge" and "Everything as one", which are the core part of the philosophical ideology of Wang Yangming. the author carried out an aerial view discussion on the philosophical ideology of Wang Yangming. so as to enhance the cognition on the theoretical basis of the moral education of Wang Yangming. The third part is the core part of this paper, which followed the framework of modern teaching theory to streamline in detail the moral education of Wang Yangming. Moreover, it expounded on the basic core of the moral education of Wang Yangming through social function of moral education, and the cultivation and development of moral education and people. Of which, the latter is the emphasis of this part, which highlighted the profound implication of the moral education of Wang Yangming from the aspects including moral education aim. moral education contents and moral education methodology. The final part is the stress of this paper, which related to the modern value study on the moral education of Wang Yangming. The author firstly carried out incisive criticizing on moral education problems including education with "discrimination" education utilitarianism. unbalanced development of individual student, inanition of moral education contents and improper moral education method. Then on the basis of referencing the moral education of Wang Yangming. the author proposed some reasonable suggestions on current moral education problems, including education without discrimination, education should have no utilitarianism and moral education process should pay attention to that knowledge and action should go hand in hand.
