Colleges and universities are the Special miniature form of social environment,there are various forms of social relations in its internal organizational structure,therelationship between teachers and students is the most important one. The relationshipbetween students and instructors would become the most basic types of relationsamong teachers and students,and college students’ trust in the instructors is the hardcore of trust in university and has important significance and function on the gooddevelopment of students’ interpersonal trust and university organization. At present,most studies focus on the trust between professors and students,it lacks the study oftrust between students and their in concerned study,but also do not focus on factorsthat influencing the trust of college students’ instructors. Therefore,based on therelated research theories of this field,this study adopted Interpersonal TrustQuestionnaire,Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnosis Scale of ZhengRichang,College Students to Instructors Trust Questionnaire to measure the degree ofinterpersonal trust of college students themselves,interpersonal level,and collegestudents trust factors affecting the level of instructors.Adopting these three questionnaires,it surveys400students from Ji Linuniversity in and make the following conclusions:(1) The most important influence factors of the college students’ trust to instructors’is their own interpersonal trust level,followed by the instructor’ professionalism andwork attitude,the smallest affecting factor is the interpersonal relationships of collegestudents;(2) There exist significantly differences in trust scoring towards students to theirinstructor according to different genders,t=2.668,p<.05;(3) There are no significant differences in trust scoring towards students to theirinstructor according to different specialties,t=1.295,p>0.05;(4) There are significant differences in trust scoring towards students to theirinstructor according to different grades,F(3,344)=3.712,p<0.05.The study can enrich theoretic content of research on trust in university,as well as offer gist for increasing trust between instructors and students.
