The Research Of Old-age Pensions’ Conditions And Countermeasures Of The Only-child Family

For a long time, the population problem has always been a major problem which is restricted to China’s economic and social development, the sixth national census data show that China’s aging trend is more obvious, so the old-age pensions’ problem is increasingly serious. Due to the only-child families’structure is not stable, the pension problem is becoming more prominent. As a unique part of the social endowment, the problem of the only-child families’old-age pensions deserve more attention.This article is researched by some sociology and ethics theory which are related to old-age pensions problems in the only-child family.including social exchange theory, maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and responsibility ethics,etc.The main theme is how to grantee the old-age pensions service quality of the only-child family and to deal with this problem.It illustrates the characteristics and status of old-age pensions in the only-child family,the needs of old-age pensions in the only-child family and the supplement of old-age pensions services,also, the author analyses the existing pension mode.In the process of researching,The existing researches are focused on the models of old-age pensions’services and its innovation, so they ignore the basis and premise of various patterns,which is that every kind of pension model is the interaction of four main bodies,which are the government, society, families and the elderly individuals.Or it maybe cause the role confusion and waste of resources.Thus,this research concludes solution to solve old-age pensions problem in the only-child family,it must guarantee the old-age pensions service quality of the only-child family.and should consider that the responsibility positioning that is clear the four main responsibilities in the old-age pensions services.
