After the implementation of the family planning policy in the country for nearly half a century, with the full development after the reform and opening up, although the number of people who mouth the problem has been improved, but the social problems caused by increasingly complex and diverse. Among these issues, the problem of the one-child’s parents pension constantly attracted widespread attention recent years, all levels of society.Traditional family pension model has been difficult to play a role in the complicated social contradictions and diversified economic mode, and in the larger environment evolving social environment, social and natural resources continue to be compressed. Coincides with China’s new pension model is not yet mature occasion, the urban one-child need to faces enormous economic burden and heart burden.This paper systemly describes the historical background and the effect of China’s family planning policy implementation and analyzes the social background of urban one-child family structure formation, study the characteristics and status quo of China’s one-child families in the city, for our city and non-child families were compared, analyzed the internal factors of urban one-child family pension problem, on the basis of detailed analysis of the only child family pension dilemma on to find out the key factors that affect our city’s one-child family pension; for the thrdd main aspects of urban plight of the one-child family pension(economic, social and spiritual dimensions) conducted in-depth research. Based on the above analysis, based ont government, the children and parents of three aspects, proposed to solve our city strategy-child family pension issues.
