Research On University Students’ Employment Psychological Pressure

One of important things to realize self-worth and social value is employment, whichis fundamental to people’s livelihood. With college enrollment, graduate employmentdistribution system reform and the impact of the global financial crisis, employment ofcollege students’ increasingly competitive, job difficulty is increasing day by day. Facedwith the grim employment situation, the psychological stress have become increasinglyprominent, during the course, anxiety, low self-esteem, blindness, depression and otheradverse psychological happened, students choose to commit suicide because of all the actshave occurred. The existence of moderate psychological pressure will help to inspireindividual potential power, however, the feeling of pressure or duration longer will resultin students’ psychological imbalance, severe cases the development of psychologicalbarriers seriously affect the development of students’ psychological health and therealization of the value of life, also gave the college employment guidance andideological and political education new challenges. On the employment psychologicalpressure research could shed light on the problem of employment of graduates, helpingthem to correctly answer the employment pressure, successful employment, promotingthe psychological guidance of university employment work to a higher level ofdevelopment.This article firstly give a comprehensive description of the connotation and its dualfunction of the employment of psychological pressure, on the basis of analysis of theperformance of the Graduate Employment of psychological pressure and its causes,combined with the current employment situation of college students psychological stressstatus,this article did an in-depth study on four parts,which are create a good socialenvironment, play a main role in higher education, changing the concept of familyeducation and employment, training students self adjustment ability and proposed atargeted employment psychological pressure tactics, hoping for the employment ofcollege students psychological work to provide some reference.
