Twenty-first Century is an era of information technology, information technology has been widely applied in the teaching process; how to use information technology to create the problem situation, and make the teaching effective integration, improve the information literacy of teachers and students, has become the current every teacher must face the problem. The author is aimed at under the information technology environment of middle school chemistry question situation teaching mode were studied, and the establishment of question situation theory to deepen research.This paper on the establishment of question situation the research situation at home and abroad are reviewed, summarized in the teaching of the creation of a reasonable question situation is very necessary; expounds the creation of problem situations of Ausubel s theory support, cognitive learning theory, constructivist learning theory, cognitive theory, experience of teaching theory. On the "problem",’ problem situation"," situation" three concepts. Clearly pointed out that" problem" is" problem situation" foundation," problem situation" is a " problem situation requirement," problem situation" is a state of mind, teachers to create situations to contain the problem of value. Proposed creating problem situation should follow the target, subjectivity, objectivity, encouragement, principle of interest; the creation of a reasonable question situation in training students’ learning ability, knowledge processing, improve student interest in learning has important significance.Research on the information technology as the center" the problem situation teaching" classroom teaching method and classroom implementation strategy, combined with the middle school chemistry classroom teaching practice, through the case analysis in teaching, the classroom chemistry teaching of Middle School under the information technology environment the creation of problem situations feasibility. We concluded that teachers in creating problem situation should create real problems, and current life closely related, should let the student independently to solve the problem, should pay attention to exchanges between teachers and students, should be an objective evaluation of teaching effect; at the same time in the environment of information technology teachers in creating problem situation should avoid blind area. The findings of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, draw the following conclusions:the creation of problem situations largely enhance students’ learning initiative, to cultivate students’ ability in chemistry learning, promote students’ knowledge of the effective migration, to improve the efficiency of learning, stimulate students’ motivation to learn, develop the students’ question awareness has a certain effect. Finally pointed out the unsolved problems and the further research direction.
