With the process of Chinese teaching reform, the oral communication ability becomes amust for modern peopl. Gradually Oral Chinese is not only a basic method to communicate andexchange, but also the basic way for one to deal with social affairs and to realize our values. Theimportance of oral communication is known to us all nowadays. It is an important goal forChinse teaching to develop students’ oral communication ability. Thus, oral communication classprovides a basic way to do that. The competition among sports talents is the essence of sportingcompetition, especially the competition between the growing speed of reserved talents and thenumber of reserved talents. Sports school is the instructive base to develop powerful reservedtalents. It has a long-term and global effect on our country to develop high level sports talents onpurpose. Chinse has been striding forward a great power so the cultural qualities of studentsneeds to be improved. Attention must be paid to cultural class due to the special status of collegesports school. And oral communication ability for sports students is a vital content of Chineseteaching. By contrasting and analizing the difference between domestic and international oralcommunication, we can find some important aspects we should learn from foreign countries.This passage analizes the running mode of sports school, investigates the knowledge of teachersand the status of oral communication of students and to explore the effective ways to improvestudents oral communication ability by means of teaching class according to their psychologicalcharacteristics. Unique situations and flexible teaching method are adopted in our teaching tostimulate students’ interest. The psychological characteristics non-intellectual factors and theteachers who have influences on students are also taken in consideration. We aim to cultivatestudents retelling, expressing, interviewing and so on by exploring effective teaching strategiesand direct them to improve themselves comprehensively, to expand the channels ofcommunicating. In this way, they can make good preparations for their future career.
