The learning practice of positive emotions, self-confidence and the individual character characteristic are also improved;(3) The "sports life, life sports" participations are formed through the students in all kinds of basketball culture and sports activities, which further strengthen the Guangming high school’s basketball traditional features.In addition, this article surveys10high school’s physical education curriculum implementations of school-based in Huangpu district, using factor analysis, summed up and summarized to promote school-based physical education curriculum change of the effective implementation of the factors:(1) Carry out physical characteristic course content rich;(2)The teacher’s special skill is outstanding and the ages are young;(3) The understanding degrees and the accepting degrees of "three-course management system" are higher, the education idea update faster. The school-based trainings are less divided in points subjects; The training content are less involved in class teaching; Basketball school-based curriculum are not fully carried out in the teacher’s group; Site facilities only guarantee the outdoor teaching; Reward involves the evaluation standard should also be widen. According to the problems made of the effective implementation of the strategy:(1) Developping school-based curriculum of sports training hierarchically improves the teachers’curriculum development and innovation ability;(2)The school leader should pay attention to substantive participation in school-based curriculum construction, and create reward mechanism to arouse teacher’s participation enthusiasm;(3) Teachers should work and cooperate with each other which can stimulate their own potential;(4) Open the window in the site facilities to improve and pertinence policy program under the protection of university-based curriculum. This will improve the PE course construction of school-based change to a new height.
