It has undergone more than seven times larger scale education reform during the history of education in China since 1949. In chinese basic education system, at present, there still existed many problems, such as knowledge-based, discipline-based, and exam-oriented education, though tremendous achievements have been made in those education reform. These problems brought far-reaching harm, such as high scores and low abilities, which definitely hinders the development of students. Meanwhile, the social requirement for education training has changed with the fast development of society, the rise of the knowledge economy and the increasingly fierce international competition.Today’s education mode requests the students to master the basic knowledge and skills, rather than the mode training talents to adapt the popular mode of production, which is not sufficient to meet the demand of society to talents. With the advancement of social, we need a lot of high level talents which not only master the basic knowledge and skills, but also own more innovation spirit and practice ability. So education is more important to cultivate the high-quality talents. Therefore, a new round of education reform with the abbreviation of “new education reform” has started from the 1990 s. During the “new education reform”, the three-level curriculum management system of state, local, school was implemented, and school-based curriculum was scheduled to the regular program of the school.In this paper, the exploitation status of biological school-based curriculum in two high schools of Kaifeng Prefecture has been investigated. For this purpose, the paper adopt the method of questionnaire survey among the students and teachers. In addition, for making up for the shortage of the questionnaire, interviews on school-based curriculum to the teachers were conducted. After the investigation, the results were performed statistical analysis to find the problem, and solve the problem, and give reasonable suggestions.
