Learning Support Service System In The Application Of The Network Learning Resources Construction Research

The University of London created external degree system in1849, so thatdistance education started to develop. All the time，the form of distance education has beenchanging along with the technical development, but ensuring the learning quality hasalways been the premise and purpose. The state of teaching-learning separation in distanceeducation needs learning support services as a bridge, and the quality of support servicesdirectly affect the quality of education. As an important constitute of learning supportservices，resources, especially network curriculum resources, are distance learners’necessities. In order to ensure the learning quality, providing resource service as thepreparation work of learning support services, is particularly important.Combining the factual conditions，many theoretical achievements at home and abroadhave been analyzed，the definition of learning support services and the system is given, itsfunction and characteristics, and four elements like information, resources,staff andtechnical are summarized. Five aspects of network curriculum resources should include thecourse resources, assisted learning resources, learning environment resources, informationresources and personnel. Based on the above contents, the typical cases about usinglearning support service system during the network resources construction are analyzed,And Chinese Clothing Retail Network University also presented some valuable references.The author directly participated in the course construction of the University during a yearinternship in X education group. And has some understanding of its network curriculumresources and learning support service system. The author takes this University as anexample，puts forward some concrete improvement measures through analyzing thequestionnaire survey. Besides, relevant personnels are also paying attention to the flow-updevelopment of the University, so some measures have been adopted to some extent. InJune2012, the new website of this University has been put into another round of use. Theauthor believes that, with continuous reform and perfect, the University will be able toprovide high quality of distance learning support services for learners who have demandson the relevant position.
