At all times, some educators, scholars and front-line teachers have been in the study of effective classroom teaching, and put forward many effective classroom teaching constructive theories and methods. In recent years, along with the new curriculum reform, effective classroom teaching of high school mathematics has aroused widespread concern of many education experts and teachers. With comprehensively promote the quality of education reform, in order to cultivate the students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, effective classroom teaching has become one of the important cores of the new curriculum reform. As a high school math teacher in the first-line teaching for many years, I experienced curriculum before and after the effective classroom teaching mode and requirements, and also listened to a lot of math teachers around feel the unfamiliar and the discomfort of high school math classroom teaching under the new curriculum. After teaching the book for many years, now suddenly I do not know how to teach? New round of foundation courses has boomed in education reform, and now how can we improve high school math teaching in order to be more effective? I had first understood the effective classroom instruction domestic and foreign backgrounds, having studied new education idea which reformed well, narrating the high school mathematics effective classroom instruction totally on the new curriculum standard. Through surveys of teachers and students, and the analysis of the data content, I found some of the existing problems in effective classroom teaching, and these issues to improve the strategies and measures. Strategies to effective classroom teaching,new requests to teachers and students are proposed in the article. Through the teaching practice, supporting the study way "independent, cooperation, inquisition". The teachers must improve the effiency of the classroom instruction,and constantly The teachers must improve the effiency of the classroom instruction,and constantly transform students passively accept the knowledge or the study to actively study.
